Basic Information

These commissions are NOT first come first serve. After you submit an application, I’ll contact you if I decide to accept the commission. Feel free to follow up on the status of your application if you don’t hear from me, as I sometimes miss applications.

If I accept your application, we can discuss details further through DMs. I’ll provide you with a breakdown of pricing and you’ll have the opportunity to accept/decline before we proceed.

If you decide to proceed with the commission, your first payment should be made within 2 weeks of receiving your invoice, unless otherwise stated. For more information on payment, see the PAYMENT section further below.

I’ll accept applications on a rolling basis. I may also reach out at a later time to see if you’re still interested if I have spaces open up.

Turnaround Time

Turnaround times will vary based on the complexity of the model and the rig. Adding additional features will increase the amount of time it takes to complete. Please plan to wait a minimum of 2-3 months on average for each stage (art, rig), but depending on the model and features it may be faster or it may take longer.

PREVIOUS MODELS

Payment through PayPal invoice

Payment plans may be negotiated.

Initial payment must be paid within 2 weeks or you forfeit your slot and I’ll pick someone else.

Workflow

After I receive your application, I’ll contact you if I accept. We can then discuss any additional features. I’ll provide a full price breakdown + quote and an invoice once we agree on details.
Initial payment must be made within 2 weeks (unless otherwise agreed upon) or your slot will be forfeited.
I’ll send you the initial sketch first and you’ll have the chance to request major changes to the model.
After the sketch is approved, I’ll begin working on the model art. I’ll try to provide a few updates throughout the process, but feel free to poke me for more updates if you'd like.
Once the model art is complete, I’ll send you a full PNG to review. You may request changes. Major changes that should have been resolved during the sketch phase may incur an additional fee.
After you approve the model art, I’ll clean up the file and prepare for rigging. This may take an additional few days to 1 week.
Once the file is completed, I’ll send you the PSD, assuming you have paid in full by then.
If some modifications are needed during rigging as requested by your rigger, I’ll do my best to accommodate.

Terms

Commercial/streaming usage rights are included in ALL vtuber model commissions. This includes rights to use the finished model on stream, in advertisements, to create merchandise, and to monetize videos. This does NOT include right to sell the model for profit. You may resell the model (by fully transferring ownership to someone else) for up to the amount you’ve spent on the model. You may not sell the same model to multiple people (Example: Don’t sell my work as a premade model on Etsy or Booth, please! Yes it has happened.)
Commissions are non-refundable once I’ve begun work. Payments through PayPal Invoice only.
The prices listed are only base prices. Cost may increase based on the model.
Response time to messages throughout the process will vary. I try to reply in a timely manner, but please allow a few business days between responses. If you don’t hear from me within a few days, you’re welcome to politely poke again. Sometimes I just miss messages!
I try not to work on weekends, so estimated timeframes don’t include weekends unless otherwise specified.
Model revisions are not guaranteed to be accepted after 2 weeks of receiving your finalized model without incurring an additional fee.
I reserve the right to deny commissions for any reason.
I reserve the right to withdraw from finishing a commission if I feel it’s necessary. Depending on the progress made, you’ll receive a full or partial refund.
I won’t create a reference sheet for your character. If you want me to create a model from a collage of images it’ll incur an additional fee. Please commission an artist to create a reference sheet if you don’t have one.
You may not claim my work as your own. Please properly credit me where you use the model.
If you make or commission (from another artist/rigger) changes to the model art/rig, please specify in the same spots you credit me.
You’re responsible for determining if your system can handle the complexity of the model+rig. I won’t provide a refund because your computer is unable to handle it. My models are created at 4000x7000px by default, but the file size will be heavily impacted by the complexity of your model.
Please do not feed my work into AI.
